About Me
I have been a REALTOR in Flagler County since 1989. I helped to start our Flagler County Women's Council of REALTORS Chapter in 2004 and served as Local President, State District Vice President, and Governor. Chapters are now Networks and Leadership Names have also changed. I am looking to forward to serving again as a part of the local leadership network team in 2026. My husband, Ric Giumenta, and I are the Broker/Owners of Exit Realty First Choice with over 20 REALTORS in Palm Coast, Florida. We also are Instructor/Owners of the Giumenta School of Real Estate in Palm Coast, Florida. We offer both in person and online courses.We certainly have seen lots of changes in the Real Estate market through the years. We truly enjoy what we do!
