Since 2005, my career in Florida real estate has evolved alongside the markets I serve.

I began my journey in Miami, building a strong foundation in residential sales, listings, and new construction. After relocating to Central Florida, I expanded my scope and earned my Broker License in 2017 deepening my commitment to leadership, strategy, and long-term growth in this industry.

Today, I serve as the Florida State Leader for Epique Realty, where my work extends beyond transactions. I support local leadership and agents across the state in building businesses that are sustainable, structured, and aligned with the lives they want to lead.

I believe great agents don’t need more motivation they need clarity, structure, and space to grow without burning out.

My focus is helping agents move from constant urgency to sustainable momentum, with systems, benefits, and a culture of collaboration that support their talent and leadership that meets them where they are.
