About Me

After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1997, Janet Brinck discovered her true calling in real estate. Early in her career, she earned recognition as a Top Producer by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), ranked in the Top 1% of residential sales in North America by Realty Alliance within two years, and became a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

In 2012, after 12 years as a top-producing solo agent, Janet built a nationally ranked real estate team and co-authored the best-selling book Luxury Home Selling Mastery. Driven by growth and leadership, she became CEO of the #1 brokerage in Loudoun County in 2016. In 2020, she was appointed Director of Growth & Business Development for The Virginia Alliance Group at Keller Williams Realty—an organization of 1,300+ agents across Northern Virginia and Richmond.

In 2022, Janet joined REAL Broker and now serves as a Growth Ambassador. In 2024, she founded ALIGNED Real Estate Group, a forward-thinking, powerhouse team where she currently serves as CEO.

At the center of Janet’s life is her guiding motto: God, Family, Business—in that order. She is the founder of S.A.L.T. (Servant Agents Leading Together), a faith-based community for real estate professionals committed to spiritual growth and honoring God through their work. Janet is a wife, a mother of five, and an active member of Community Church in Ashburn, Virginia. Her passion is helping others lead with purpose and build lives—and businesses—aligned with what matters most.
