With more than 15 years of leadership and training experience, Janila has developed people, fostered
collaboration, and created experiences that inspire confidence and growth. As a counselor for over 10
years, she has cultivated the ability to listen with intention, meet people where they are, and help them
recognize their strengths. During her 8 years in real estate, she has built her business on trust, service,
and the belief that lasting relationships are more valuable than any single transaction. Together, these
experiences have shaped her collaborative leadership style and prepared her to serve with empathy,
strategic vision, and a heart for service.
Outside of her professional life, Janila is a devoted wife and proud mother of three who treasures
creating meaningful memories with her family. She is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering
new restaurants to share great meals. Whether planning an event, designing a new project, or simply
