About Me

With over 23 years of experience in the title and settlement industry, Jennifer brings unmatched expertise, dedication, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to a smooth closing process, Jennifer has built lasting relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
Originally earning her degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with plans to become a teacher, Jennifer naturally transitioned into title work — where her passion for helping others and educating clients found a new home. She holds title insurance producer licenses in MD, VA, and DC and is a notary in both Maryland and Virginia.
Jennifer currently serves as the Membership Director for the Southern Maryland Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is a co-founder of the SMAR YPN Committee. She is also a proud graduate of the 2015 Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy-a program that deepened her commitment to excellence and advocacy within the industry.
