Jim Rosales is the Director of Operations for PCS Network Real Estate Group Powered by PLACE and eXp Realty, where he is responsible for building and scaling the operational backbone of the business. An Army veteran who received his real estate license in 2015, Jim brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to leadership, focusing on structure, accountability, and consistency across the organization.

Together with his wife, Chasity, they have built a high-performing real estate team helping clients reach their real estate dreams. Chasity serves as the team leader and visionary, which allows Jim to focus on executing the team’s vision through systems, process design, and operational strategy. Together, they lead a micro team who consistently helping over 200 families each year.

Jim specializes in developing clear, repeatable systems that support agent performance while maintaining a strong client experience. His leadership centers on simplifying complex processes, driving operational efficiency, and building a platform designed for sustainable growth.
