Jo has a long-standing commitment to the real estate industry. She is involved with the local, state and national associations, and serves the members of the Women’s Council of REALTORS at the state and national level. She has served as the 2014 National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS. Her other recognition includes the Mary Nelson REALTOR Spirit Award, and the President’s Choice Award for Professionalism. She was named the 2013 REALTOR of the Year for Dekalb County in Atlanta and has been named a Five Star Professional.

Jo’s commitment to education has resulted in several designations including Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Seller Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, and Internet e-PRO certification. She is also a certified RCSD – Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce. She works with family law attorneys and mediators, and divorcing couples.
