About Me

For more than 40 years, the GreatFloridaHomes Team has helped buyers and sellers throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties make informed decisions, negotiate from a position of strength, and move forward with confidence.
My real estate career began with a promise to my parents. After they received poor advice during a real estate transaction, I decided to spend my career proving that Realtors can be knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and worthy of the trust families place in them.
The same integrity, accountability, and commitment to serving others that guided my years as a Coral Springs Commissioner, Vice Mayor, and Mayor Pro Tem continue to guide every client relationship today. Whether representing residents or clients, my responsibility has always been the same: to listen carefully, communicate honestly, and put people first.
As our business grew, so did the need for people I trusted completely. My business partner and brother, Jeff Booker, became our lead negotiator, a calm, steady advocate who protects our clients' interests throughout the transaction. Julie Mello, our Client Care Specialist, has earned the nickname "Detective Mello" because no detail escapes her. Together, we've built a team where every detail matters. From negotiation to contract management and client care, we work together to anticipate challenges, solve problems early, and create a smoother experience from beginning to closing.
