About Me

Kama Burton, aka "Kama Speaks," is a Broker, Speaker, Trainer, and Coach deeply committed to elevating the real estate community. With a focus on imparting knowledge and refining skills, Kama brings a professional and impactful approach to her work. She proudly served as the 2022 President of Inland Valleys Association of REALTORS® and the 2018 President of Women's Council of REALTORS® Inland Valley.

Kama serves Riverside County, specializing in working with Buyers, Sellers, Military families, Short Sales, Probate, and Trust sales. She holds certifications in Military Relocation, Short Sales & Foreclosure, and Probate. She is also a proud REALTIST®, serving on the Inland Empire board.

Her leadership continues at the state and national levels. Kama is a Director for both the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2025, she serves as the Regional Chair and member of the Executive Committee for C.A.R. and is the 2025 Chair of Housing Opportunities for NAR. Kama is also an RPAC Major Donor – Sterling R and a member of the President's Circle, reflecting her strong advocacy for homeownership and the real estate industry.

Beyond real estate, Kama leads the "Loving Me 1st" mentorship program with her daughter Cheyenne. Their girls club empowers young girls in the community to understand their self-worth and grow in self-awareness.
