Hi, I’m Karla Johnson, and I’m honored to serve as the 2025 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Fort Worth Tarrant Network. I’m a Texas Realtor, RV park developer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for empowering women in leadership and business.

Before diving into real estate full-time, I spent nearly eight years working in a legal office, where I developed a strong foundation in contracts, negotiation, and client service. That experience continues to guide the way I advocate for my clients and lead my business today.

I specialize in residential real estate, land acquisition, and RV park development—including projects like 3G RV Park in Post, Texas and Apple Orchard Luxury Resort near Lake Texoma. Whether I’m helping a family find their forever home, guiding a client through a short sale, or developing communities from the ground up, I approach every opportunity with strategy, creativity, and heart.

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections. I love bringing people together—whether it's through networking events, educational panels, or simply building relationships across industries.
