Katherine Sakkis is a highly respected REALTOR®, educator, and industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area.
A Port Tampa and South Tampa listing specialist since 1991, Katherine has successfully closed more than 1,500 transactions throughout her career, specializing in residential listings, luxury homes, redevelopment opportunities, and complex real estate transactions.
Katherine currently serves as the 2027 President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Florida after serving in numerous leadership roles at the local and state levels. She has also served as a Director for Florida REALTORS® and on the Board of Directors for Suncoast Tampa REALTORS®. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was honored as Women’s Council of REALTORS® Florida Member of the Year.
Passionate about education and professional development, Katherine is a Florida REALTORS® Faculty member and certified instructor for National Association of REALTORS® designation courses. She holds both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation.
