My Journey to Real Estate

Since 2010, I've honed my skills in commercial property management, gaining invaluable experience in the real estate world. When my family recently decided to sell, I saw a new adventure on the horizon and made the exciting career change to residential real estate. Having navigated the selling process myself, I truly understand the emotions and complexities involved. This personal experience fueled my passion to help others achieve their dreams, making this new chapter the most natural choice.

I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations, which underscore my commitment to providing top-tier service. My years of experience negotiating commercial leases have given me a unique and powerful skill set that I now use to secure the best possible outcomes for my clients. A Little More About Me

As a mom of four "grown-ish" children, I was highly involved in their school activities, from wrestling to band and soccer. Being a dedicated Army mom and Air Force mom has given me a deep appreciation for the unique needs of military families. I'm honored to help them with their moves, whether it's their first time buying or their tenth. And being a "GiGi" is one of the greatest joys of my life!

I was also recently appointed to the Fort Oglethorpe's Tourism Board, which allows me to share my passion for our community and stay connected with all that's happening here.

Working out is very important to me because in 2016, I was diagnosed with MS. Like anyone, I have good and bad days, though if I have my way, you'll never know! It's just a challenge in life that I take on, and with God's Grace, I have been in remission since 2019. Working out keeps me balanced—metaphorically and literally! As you may know, for anyone with MS, our balance isn't always the best.

Beyond work and family, I am a true sports fanatic, a die-hard fan of both the SEC VOL's and the 49ers. My greatest joy in this profession is not just finding a house, but helping a family find their new home and building a lasting relationship along the way.
