Kim Smith is a RE/MAX Lifestyles REALTOR® and a dedicated member of the Ronette Edgar Team, known for combining strong communication, an education-first approach, and a calm, stress-free process for buyers and sellers. Kim proudly serves as a Lake of the Ozarks Realtor and Versailles MO Realtor, working primarily in Gravois Mills, Sunrise Beach, and Versailles, with a focus on in-town residential homes, lake access properties, and helping first-time home buyers feel prepared every step of the way. Whether you’re selling a long-loved home, buying your first place, or making a move to enjoy more time at the lake, Kim’s clients appreciate her steady guidance, honest updates, and ability to explain the process in a way that actually makes sense.

A committed industry leader and advocate, Kim serves with the Lake of the Ozarks Board of REALTORS® (LOBR) as Vice President, MLS Chair, and Education Chair. She is also a proud RPAC Major Investor and active with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, reflecting her commitment to protecting property rights, elevating professionalism, and strengthening the real estate community.

Kim holds the ABR, SRS, SRES, and C2EX designations and is recognized for both performance and service, earning honors such as RE/MAX Executive Club (2021, 2022), RE/MAX 100% Club (2023), and local awards including the Cooperative Spirit Award and Good Neighbor Award through LOBR.
