About Me

Kristin Gandolfo got into the real estate business because she needed a career that didn't have a ceiling. She thrives in environments where there are no limits; where she can continually reach for and surpass the sky. Having been a successful real estate agent and property manager for many (19+) years, she is now leading a team of agents, and empowering them to fly with her.

She excels at everything about the business--"the good, the bad and the ugly! I love that I get to help people purchase a home, or get them out from under a burden of debt." She enjoys working hard and building relationships that last a lifetime.

Kristin was the 2023 President for the Northern Nevada Women's Council of Realtors and thrives on lifting and leaders others to succeed in work, life and beyond.
