About Me

KRISTIN LANCASTER, Broker-Associate, Texas Custom Realty Group with LPT Realty.
Kristin has a long background in education and advocacy. She began her career in federal programs, specializing in Student Support Services, at the Baccalaureate level for low-income first-generation students providing counseling and advocacy services. Simultaneously, she contracted as a Grant Writer and Editor for universities across the United States. Kristin provided Marketing Consulting services for nine years, after she left student services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and was in pursuit of a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling when opportunities suddenly brought her to Texas in the Fall of 2006.

Kristin entered into the Real Estate industry in 2011 as a marketing consultant to a friend and Agent, and then entered the industry fully as a Texas Realtor in 2013. She went on to become a Broker in 2018, when she established Texas Custom Realty Group. Kristin practices in the realm of Commercial, Farm & Ranch and Residential Real Estate. Kristin provides continuing education to the Texas Realtors community. Additionally, she has been an active contributor and held positions within her community, professional associations, and is an advocate of Texas Real Estate Political Campaign (TREPAC), plus a President’s Circle member and contributor.
