About Me

Laraye Sullivan is a dedicated real estate professional with Sotheby’s International Realty, proudly serving as part of the Capito & Sullivan Team. Laraye began her real estate career in 2012 in California’s Central Valley, working with clients throughout Fresno, Madera, and Merced counties.

Prior to entering real estate, Laraye had a long and successful career in the Health Care industry, during which she served on multiple boards. Although she made valuable contributions in that field, she was ready for a new adventure — and found her true passion in real estate.

An active and adventurous spirit, Laraye has been a member of the National Ski Patrol since 2007 and previously worked as a Disney "Train the Trainer" facilitator. However, her heart ultimately led her to the world of real estate, where she could combine her love of helping people with her knowledge of the market.

After spending most of her life in the San Joaquin Valley, Laraye made her dream move to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. She now helps clients achieve their own real estate dreams in this stunning coastal region.
