**Co-owner & Director of Operations, ProPrecise Property Inspections**

With a deep-rooted commitment to excellence and service, I am proud to co-own ProPrecise Property Inspections, where I serve as the Director of Operations. My passion lies in cultivating strong relationships with realtors and clients, ensuring seamless communication and personalized experiences that set us apart in the industry.

I bring a wealth of experience to my role, handling everything from scheduling and marketing to human resources and administration. My leadership has been recognized through my active participation in realtor boards and the Women’s Council of Realtors, where I proudly served as Membership Director and was honored as the 2023 Affiliate of the Year.

As a mother of six, I am no stranger to the art of multitasking! Whether cheering from the sidelines or juggling the roles of teacher, chauffeur, and cook, I embrace the chaos with a smile. My family inspires me to maintain a vibrant life filled with cooking, reading, and outdoor adventures.

At ProPrecise, my mission is to innovate and optimize efficiency while fostering a cohesive team environment. I believe that a strong team is the backbone of exceptional service, and I strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued. My 12 years of active duty in the Air Force instilled in me a sense of duty and discipline that I carry into my business every day.

I am dedicated to continuous growth—both personally and professionally—by connecting with industry peers and staying abreast of the latest trends. I truly believe we’re all called to serve, and my motto, “Positive in, positive out,” guides every interaction I have.

I am passionate about giving back to the community, and participating in local events be it a parade, local Christmas tree display, or trunk or treat. My vision is to expand ProPrecise Property Inspections while nurturing a culture of collaboration and service that resonates with everyone we serve.
