I’m Lauren Silva, a top-rated Angleton Realtor and Broker Associate with RE/MAX Crossroads Realty, proudly serving Brazoria and Galveston Counties for over 19 years. I specialize in residential listings, land sales, commercial properties, VA buyers, first-time buyers, and investment properties, helping clients make smart and confident real estate decisions.

One of my biggest passions is guiding seniors and families through downsizing and life transitions. Whether that means connecting you with reliable moving companies, helping you declutter and organize belongings, or finding the right senior living community, I’m here to make the process smooth and stress-free.

I’ve earned multiple RE/MAX awards (100% Club, Platinum Club, and Hall of Fame), completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education, and hold designations such as Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and Certified Military Residential Specialist.
