About Me

Hi, I’m Lavenia Whitner — Co-Founder of Team Whitner and the creative engine behind our marketing, exposure strategies, and client experience. My background in IT consulting, project management, and business development allows me to think big, act fast, and deliver real estate results that maximize your bottom line.

I assist home buyers, sellers and investors across metro-Atlanta. I specialize in elevating listings, creating campaigns that convert, and helping families transition confidently into their next chapter — from first homes to multiple investments. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), I’m also your trusted guide through sensitive transitions.

As a dedicated, volunteer leader, I’ve served in multiple Women’s Council of REALRORS positions including Past Local President for Cobb Network, State First Vice-President and most recently District Vice-President for Women’s Council Georgia, along with a host of State and National committee assignments such as National Finance committee and Technology Taskforce, and 2025 WCR Liaison to NAR for the Business Issues and Policies committee.
