About Me

St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, is my hometown. I've watched the Tampa Bay area grow from a couple of towns on the bay to the thriving metropolis that people see today. After graduating from Northeast High School in St Petersburg and the University of South Florida, Tampa, my working life has been in the construction and real estate industries, including new home construction and project management for projects like Raymond James Stadium, the Ice Palace and World Golf Hall of Fame.

I love the Tampa Bay area and am familiar with local neighborhoods in both Tampa and St Petersburg, a big advantage for buyers seeking local neighborhood knowledge. For sellers, I use the expertise gained in years of work as a marketing manager for home builders, coaching sellers how to prepare their homes for sale and using quality photography, video and virtual tours to get top value for their homes.

In my free time, I enjoy Scottish Country Dancing (I’m an RSCDS member), hiking, photography and travel. A portion of every closing goes to support local charities including Metropolitan Ministries, Sierra Club, PetPal Animal Shelter and the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg.
