Leanne has been in real estate since 1985 and is from Colorado now living in SW Florida. Leanne has 25 years experience in the REO/BPO field. She has been a leading real estate broker for more than 40 years with extensive experience selling both new and resale residential homes with current production exceeding $10M per year. Her core capabilities include, researching comparative market activity, negotiating transactions and marketing listings to other agents, investors, and buyers. Leanne's prior business experience includes training executives for three national homebuilders, managed 17 new-home communities and 30 on-site sales associates supporting year over year growth of 5%.
