My name is Linda Mendoza, a dedicated community real estate agent. I am passionate about helping clients sell, buy, and invest. For the past half a decade I have had the honor to be recognized as a TOP 250 producer nationwide for our brokerage. I am also a mentor at HomeSmart and focus on supporting agents who need guidance to boost their motivation and refine their business strategies for greater success. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and Urban Development, I bring a combination of academic knowledge, and a deep understanding of the local market & a have a passion for community development. I host community events at the local park and recreation center, we have our annual partnership at Petit park for the Easter and Halloween events. Beyond my professional work, I served at Rocky Peak Church in the kids ministry teaching 2nd graders. I also take pride in sponsoring and fundraising water wells in Ghana. Outside of work, you’ll often find me at high school football games or at the local park with my kids. What truly fills my heart is encouraging others, learning new things, and always being of guidance and service.
