Lisa Stewart brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and title industry, combined with a lifelong passion for advocacy, leadership, and community service. Originally from Massachusetts, Lisa relocated to Florida in 1982 and began her professional career serving the State of Florida as a Social Worker and Training Specialist. Over 12 years in public service, she earned a reputation for compassion, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions.
Building on that foundation, Lisa transitioned into real estate, where she has become a respected professional known for delivering exceptional client service and creating seamless real estate experiences. Her extensive background in business management, communications, marketing, and title services allows her to guide buyers and sellers with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail. Lisa is deeply committed to helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership while making the process as informed, strategic, and stress-free as possible.
A strong advocate for fair housing, diversity, and professional development, Lisa has continued to expand her leadership throughout the real estate industry. She is a graduate of the Florida Realtors 2023 Leadership Academy and proudly serves as a Florida Realtors Faculty Member, educating and mentoring fellow professionals across the state. Her dedication to advocacy also extends through her role as a Florida Realtors Key Contact, where she works closely with legislators on issues impacting property rights, homeownership, and the real estate profession.
Lisa’s leadership and service have made a significant impact throughout the industry. She currently serves as District Vice President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Florida and proudly served as the 2025 President of the Broward Network. In 2026, she serves as Chair for LEAP Leadership Academy, helping cultivate and empower the next generation of industry leaders with the skills, confidence, and vision necessary for long-term success.
Beyond real estate, Lisa remains deeply involved in community outreach and neighborhood revitalization initiatives, including homebuilding projects and local service events. She currently serves on both the Fair Housing Board and the Diversity & Heritage Board for the City Commission of Pembroke Pines, continuing her longstanding commitment to equity, inclusion, and community empowerment.
Known for her professionalism, leadership, and approachable personality, Lisa also brings creativity and warmth into every relationship she builds. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and is well known among friends and colleagues for her signature cheesecakes and lemon bars — a reflection of the personal touch she brings to both life and business.
