About Me

Lori Muller is a trailblazing leader in the real estate industry, driven by a passion for empowering others and creating opportunities for growth. With over two decades of experience, her journey began in the 1990s with a career in door-to-door sales that instilled resilience, adaptability, and a people-first approach to leadership.
Throughout her career, Lori has held diverse roles, earning numerous certifications and accolades that highlight her expertise and dedication. Most recently, she served as President of EXIT Realty Corp. International, a role she ascended to after being appointed Vice President of the U.S. Organization by Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, in 2020. As President, Lori played an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth across the U.S., mentoring consultants (agents and brokers), and fostering a culture of excellence.
Lori’s leadership extends beyond her corporate roles. Recognizing the need to empower women in real estate, she founded a local network of the National Women’s Council of REALTORS® and rose to serve as State President, Regional Vice President, and a member of the National Executive Committee. Her commitment to leadership and education is further underscored by her certification as a John Maxwell mentor, trainer, and coach. Lori lives by the mantra, "Invest in you so you can reinvest into others," and her work inspires those around her to unlock their potential.
Her contributions have earned her prestigious recognition in the real estate industry. Lori has been honored as an RISMedia Achiever and has appeared on the Swanepoel Power 200 Top Executives list, the Swanepoel Top 40 Women Executives in Real Estate list, and HousingWire’s Vanguard Awards, which celebrate leaders shaping the housing economy.
