About Me

Hi, I’m Louise Raymond, proud co-founder of The Raymond Team—a family-run real estate group serving Dutchess County and beyond. Alongside my son Billy, we bring a blend of strategy, sincerity, and a good dose of heart to every transaction. Whether you're buying, selling, leasing, or investing, our mission is simple: help you succeed, and make you feel at home every step of the way.

With a background in the telecommunications industry—think committees, training, and projects galore—I learned how to juggle details and deadlines like a pro. That experience now helps keep our real estate deals running as smoothly as possible (with only minor caffeine dependency).

I'm proud to hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and am currently earning my Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation to better serve our military families and seniors in transition. We’re honored to rank in the top 20% of our market center and to serve on the ALC Culture Committee, where we’re committed to uplifting our fellow agents and the community we all love.

Outside of real estate, I’m a long-time community volunteer, event enthusiast, and currently serve as the Event Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Dutchess County—a role I consider the pinnacle of awesomeness. Hosting dynamic networking events that bring real value to our members and partners is a true passion.

We're also proud supporters of the Cerebral Palsy Association of the Hudson Valley, helping bring critical programs and services to local families.
