With over 30 years of living and building relationships in Orange County—and prior years living in Los Angeles—I am deeply rooted in Southern California. I am licensed to serve clients throughout the entire state of California, and through the Women’s Council network, I can also refer business nationwide, connecting clients with trusted professionals wherever they are. Married for more than three decades and the parent of two adult children, I value integrity, stability, and long-term commitment—principles that guide both my personal life and professional practice.

I bring a unique blend of 20+ years in real estate and 15+ years in corporate leadership. As a former Director of Quality Engineering, I developed strengths in strategic planning, budgeting, hiring, mentoring teams, and operating with precision and accountability. That background allows me to approach every transaction—residential or business-related—with structure, clarity, and strong negotiation.

Today, I lead a boutique real estate and business brokerage with a select team of agents, focused on personalized service and dependable results. We advise residential buyers and sellers, as well as entrepreneurs looking to buy or sell a business, offering accurate valuations, strategic marketing, skilled negotiations, and seamless transaction management from start to finish.

Community involvement is central to my values. I actively support charitable foundations throughout Orange County and am a proud member of the Placentia Citizens Academy. Professionally, I am engaged with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Orange County, Orange County REALTORS®, and the Leadership Academy through the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.
