About Me

I am a seasoned real estate professional & Property Manager based in Tampa with over 23 years of experience in the industry (23 Real Estate / 17 Property Management). I am also the Managing Broker at Synergistic Property Management, specializing in residential property management across the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, North Pinellas, Pasco and West Polk counties.

Originally from S. Jersey (Atlantic City area), I moved to Florida in 1981 and have been a resident of the Tampa area since 1984. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 1986. My professional background includes roles as an IT consultant, Business Analyst, and Vendor Manager/Contracts Negotiator before transitioning into real estate in 2001.

My extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area has helped me become successful. I am dedicated to being a comprehensive resource for my clients - I always "have a guy for that"!

My attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction results in 95% of my business coming from referrals. I now lead a team of Property Managers who can cover the entire Tampa Bay area with ease.

I am very active in my professional and local community with leadership positions with Women's Council of REALTORS®, Stellar MLS Advisory Council, Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board, Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors Organization, Florida Realtors Committees and BNI Prosperity in Action.
