Marian Huish is an experienced real estate professional with eXp Realty, serving clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and Northern Nevada, including Reno, Lake Tahoe, Incline Village and Crystal Bay.

Licensed since 2003, Marian has represented buyers, sellers and investors in more than 180 transactions totaling over $85 million in sales volume. She holds an Associate Broker license in Washington, DC, is licensed in Maryland and Virginia, and is a Nevada Broker-Salesperson.

Marian’s experience spans luxury homes, condominiums, investment and income-producing properties, short-term rentals, distressed sales, land, commercial real estate and mixed-use communities. Her clients value her strategic pricing, candid advice, strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complicated transactions with professionalism and care.

As a longtime eXp Realty leader, Marian also mentors and supports real estate professionals across the country. She has sponsored more than 30 agents in 10 states and has served as President of the eXp Realty DC Agent Advisory Council.
