Marleny is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran who has honorably serve our Country and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University. Her commitment to service continues as she advocates and helps her clients navigate their real estate journeys with care and precision.

When she’s not consulting with buyers and sellers, Marleny serves and continues her involvement in the real estate industry. She has served in many leadership roles across the real estate industry and is a graduate of the WeSERV West Valley Leadership Program (Class of 2019), a RAPAC (RPAC) President’s Circle Major Investor, and currently serves as an Arizona Director for her local association. She has also contributed her leadership skills on various local, state, and national committees and has served as the 2023 President for Arizona Women’s Council of REALTORS® and 2024 State Liaison. She has served on the Board for NAHREP, and is a proud member of VAREP, through her servant leadership, contributions and dedication, she has been recognized and awarded by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as a Community Leader. Her dedication to the industry and her peers earned her the honor of being named the 2023 Industry MVP by the Phoenix Agents’ Choice Awards.

When she’s not closing deals or serving the real estate community, Marleny enjoys time with her husband of 24 years and their active family. Together they love traveling, hiking, camping, crafting, and cheering on their kids at club soccer games.
