With over a decade of experience in media and communications — from local radio to leading roles at Scripps Networks/Discovery Inc. — Megan brings a unique blend of storytelling, marketing savvy, and negotiation skills into real estate. A graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and a Master’s in Public Relations Management, she combines sharp strategy with a personal touch.

As a dedicated Realtor® and active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she currently serves on the state board as 1st VP, Megan is passionate about building strong professional connections nationwide. She specializes in creating smooth transactions, advocating fiercely for her clients, and ensuring every referral partner can trust their clients are in excellent hands.

When she’s not helping clients or collaborating with fellow Realtors, Megan enjoys time on the lake, cheering on sports, and making memories with her two kids and fur baby, Rudy.
