About Me

Hi I'm Melissa Sorensen, Broker/Agent at RE/MAX Rising. I am a lifelong resident of Illinois. Born and raised in Downers Grove, I moved to Bloomington/Normal in 1997 to attend Illinois State University. I fell in love with the community and from that moment on, have been proud to call it my home. Since then I've worked in the animal health industry, served as a youth volleyball coach, loving mom and Meemaw to Beckett. My love for animals and sports will endure, but my real passion is to help people find the home of their dreams. And I know I can do it for you!
