About Me

Mike Swaleh is a husband, father, and lifelong learner with a deep passion for helping others. As a Branch Manager, he takes pride in guiding homebuyers through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. His approach to home loans isn’t just about numbers—it’s about relationships, education, and creating a smooth, stress-free experience. He believes in doing the right thing, doing it the right way, and giving back—to his clients, his community, and especially to our Veterans. Simply put, he helps people win by doing loans the FAIR way.

Mike’s journey into the mortgage industry was anything but typical. Originally licensed as a Financial Advisor, he transitioned into home lending in 2006 while earning his MBA. His focus on accountability, quality, and clear communication quickly led him into leadership roles, where he has spent years mentoring both clients and colleagues.

Outside of mortgages, Mike’s experiences have taken him in unexpected directions—including a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete on Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race. In 2013, he led Team Tikka Tikka Taco alongside his Army veteran brother and their uncle, spending two months on the road competing in a high-stakes, seven-episode culinary competition. That journey not only sharpened his problem-solving skills under pressure but also introduced him to the world of digital marketing and lead generation—expertise that has shaped his approach to business ever since.

Through it all, Mike remains committed to learning, growing, and sharing what he knows. Whether it's helping a first-time homebuyer, a military family, or someone navigating the complexities of buying and selling at the same time, his goal is always the same: to make the process easier, clearer, and better for those he serves.
