About Me

Hi, I’m Mo Simmons, the broker and owner of Synergy Real Estate Group, where we’re all about creating synergy between people, purpose, and property. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling, I make the process seamless and empowering throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.

As a passionate real estate leader, I proudly serve as the 2025 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and continue to support the organization as an Ambassador. I've also held multiple leadership roles including Past President and Director of Programs. Beyond that, I advocate for change and equity in our industry through my work on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and the Public Policy Committee.

Giving back is a big part of who I am—I regularly volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Revitalize Milwaukee, helping ensure safe, quality housing for our communities. I’m also an active member of Take Root Milwaukee, a collaboration of over 40 organizations committed to sustainable homeownership in the city.
