About Me

Mollyana Ward is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder with a proven track record of leadership across real estate, early childhood education, media, and economic development. A licensed Realtor since 2013 and former Broker-Owner, she has launched and led multiple firms and now partners with LPT Realty to mentor and grow a high-performing real estate team. She also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Icemann Development, where she helps lead community and sports-centric projects across Florida with a legacy-minded focus on long-term impact, family, and faith. Mollyana is also the founder of RAW Space Collaborative, dedicated to her late husband, it is Wesley Chapel’s first coworking space, created to empower small businesses, creatives, and startups.
Mollyana’s leadership extends across every level of the real estate industry. She currently serves as a Florida Realtors Director, and sits on the FAR Tech Committee and Workforce & Affordable Housing Think Tank. Locally, she serves on the Property PAG for W Kennedy Blvd, the Pasco Public Policy Committee and RPAC. Her prior service includes Chair of the CPRO Chapter, Director for the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Director for STAR, Alternate Director for Greater Tampa Realtors and longtime advocate through RPAC and industry committees dating back to 2017.
With a lifelong commitment to service, Mollyana’s civic engagement includes director of Bridging Freedom, leadership of the Women of Wesley Chapel, presidency of the Central Florida Association for Family Child Care, and advisory roles for Congressman Gus Bilirakis and Superintendent Dr. John Legg. Her creative background in TV, film, and journalism has helped amplify local voices and promote community collaboration. She was awarded the Gold Seal of Excellence by the State of Florida, named Best Actress in Tampa Bay by Creative Loafing, and inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Mollyana is also a candidate for Pasco County School Board, District 3, with the endorsements of Sheriff Chris Nocco, Senator Ed Hooper, Commissioner Jack Mariano, Commissioner Ron Oakley, the Honorable Mike Fasano and the Honorable Mike Wells. Above all, she is a proud Gigi to six grandchildren and remains passionate about building strong, thriving communities that will benefit generations to come.
