With over four decades in real estate, Natalie Derrick is a Broker-Owner of Derrick Real Estate Group and a respected industry leader at the local, state, and national levels. A lifelong Space Coast resident, she brings deep market knowledge, strong community ties, and a generational understanding of the real estate business—having grown up in a brokerage family and later building a successful company alongside her late husband.
Natalie is known for her strategic approach, expert negotiation skills, and hands-on service, guiding clients seamlessly from contract to closing. Her experience extends beyond traditional transactions to include property management and working with absentee owners, delivering a high level of care, communication, and professionalism in every interaction.
Her commitment to the industry is reflected in her leadership service. As 2025 State President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Florida and 2026 State Liaison, she has led initiatives focused on leadership development, membership growth, and strengthening the REALTOR® community. She has also served on the Women’s Council National Budget & Finance Committee and on multiple committees within Florida REALTORS® and Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, including Government Affairs, RPAC, and Professional Standards.
