About Me

With over 13 years in the Real Estate industry, Nataly has established a reputation for excellence and dedication for her work. Specializing in residential properties, she has successfully aided over hundreds of families throughout the process of buying, selling and investing in Real Estate.  Nataly started her Real Estate journey as a receptionist at a boutique Real Estate Firm at a young age and gained extensive experience along the way. In 2017, Nataly graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Grand Canyon University. Her background in accounting has been instrumental to her career. Leveraging her academic background to expertly assist clients in strategizing budgets, design savings plans and exploring alternatives for long term wealth building. 




Known for her exceptional negation skills and eye for detail, Nataly consistency achieves favorable outcomes for clients. She is committed to providing personalized service, tailoring strategies to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. . She has a passion for working with First Time Home Buyers, as she herself became a homeowner and investor at such a young age. Nataly understands the importance of working for the client to provide them the best option with honesty, professionalism and communication. As a social media expert, leveraging such platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook to market properties effectively and engage with a broader audience. Her innovative use of social media ensures maximum expose for listings, helping clients achieve quicker and more profitable sales. 




Nataly has also demonstrated leadership and commitment to her profession by seeing as a board member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Phoenix Chapter, becoming the youngest to serve in the chapter’s history. From 2020-2022, she served in many board positions such as Marketing Director & Secretary. She was Rookie of the Year in her brokerage in 2014. Nataly received numerous accolades for Top Sales Agent for Units in 2019 and 2020. She was recognized as a Top Latino Agent with Nahrep Greater Phoenix since 2019 and a WESERV Gold award winner for Top Teams of 2-4 since 2021. She has been an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Nataly received awards as one of the Top Agents in a Team with Century 21 Americana from 2022 - 2024. On her free time, Nataly loves to spend time with her 3 dogs, enjoys pilates and weight training and loves discovering new restaurants and cafes the Phoenix Valley has to offer.
