About Me

Candidate for National Treasurer 2026, Peggie hails from Houston Texas where she served Women’s Council as a National Liaison for the Western Region in 2024. She was elected as the Texas State President in 2021 and was the local president twice in her home network, HOUSTON. You may know her from the Global Mastermind where she was co-chair in 2022 or from the National stage as a presenter in 2019, 2020 & again in 2021.
She serves the industry as an elected Director of the Houston Association of Realtors and an appointee to the Board of Texas Realtors, and she is a member of the Global and Governmental Affairs Advisories for HAR. She is also serving at the State level and Nationally in Advisory Groups as well. She is a TREPAC Major Investor and an RPAC Golden R President’s Circle supporting legislation that benefits the industry and consumer rights.
Her community involvement includes being a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on the International & School Art Auction Committees where her buying group has helped to raise over a half Million dollars for scholarships for the youth of Texas. She serves as the Programs Chair for the 2025 Board of Directors for Rclub, the oldest Women’s Networking Club in Houston. She is a Charter member of the Victory Committee Houston whose efforts raise important awareness and dollars to be used by local cancer related charities for research and community outreach. She has served several local charities in Crested Butte, Co where she owns a home and spends time during the summers.
She has obtained her certification in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, helped business owners develop their new and expanding business plans as an instructor and coach at the Small Business Development Center, and has been a panelist and speaker locally & nationally.
Peggie is a top producing Realtor® and a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s Circle of Excellence, HALL OF FAME awarded for production. Peggie is not all business though, and during her down time, she enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains, traveling, and she speaks conversational Spanish. Her favorite destinations include Second World countries; however, she has traveled extensively to all parts of the globe.
She is a graduate of the University of Houston acquiring both her bachelor’s and master’s Degrees there. Her greatest joy is helping others to attain their business and leadership goals and broaden her own skills and knowledge in the field of leadership development along with championing efforts to better understand conflict resolution.
