About Me

Rachel Allen brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to her role as a Broker Associate at eXp Realty in Houston. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she began her real estate journey in 2010 as an investor in single-family homes and fix-and-flips, inspired by the rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Katrina devastated her hometown in 2005. Rachel holds a B.S. degree in Communication from the University of Miami.

Currently leading the Diamond Alliance as the co-Founder of a producing Realtor Organization in Houston, Rachel exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit and leadership. She serves as the National Chair for the Black eXp Network and as the 2025 President-Elect for the Women's Council of Realtors Greater West Houston Network, underscoring her commitment to community and professional development.

Rachel's achievements include being named in the 2023 Top 20 Under 40 Houston Realtors and graduating from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2023. Recognized as a 4X ICON agent at eXp Realty, she ranks in the top 3% of over 80,000 agents for production and transactions. Rachel is passionate about education and support for fellow agents, evident in her coaching roles and mentorship through the eXp Mentor Program.

Beyond her career, Rachel enjoys a fulfilling personal life as a wife and mother of two. She finds relaxation in cooking, family time, travel, and audiobooks.
