Rachel Wesp is the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Placer County and a former Victim Advocate with the Placer County District Attorney’s Office. During her time in the District Attorney’s Office, she specialized in supporting survivors of child sexual abuse, human trafficking, and stalking, and served on the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), working collaboratively to strengthen system-wide responses to sexual violence.Prior to that role, Rachel advocated for the medical and legal rights of survivors with Growing Strong Sexual Assault Center and contributed to Illinois Imagines, a statewide initiative focused on improving services for women with disabilities who have experienced sexual violence.
Today, as a REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Rachel brings that same commitment to advocacy, systems improvement, and leadership into the real estate industry. She is passionate about guiding seniors and families through major life transitions with clarity, dignity, and confidence.
Rachel also serves as Vice President of the Tommy Apostolos Fund, a nonprofit providing winter coats and shoes to over 500 children annually, and remains active in community advocacy through CASA and the Placer Justice Foundation.
Her leadership is grounded in a simple belief: when women lead with purpose, communities thrive.
