Rosilee Lawson began her real estate journey in 2005 with the goal of investing—but quickly fell in love with helping others navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones: homeownership. Today, as the broker and founder of Transcend Real Estate, Rosilee leads with integrity, insight, and a heart for service. She believes real estate is more than a transaction—it's about matching people to the right place, empowering their future, and building stronger communities.

With a deep understanding of Utah’s ever-evolving market, Rosilee serves clients across Weber, Davis, Box Elder, Morgan, Cache, and Salt Lake counties. Her specialty lies in guiding first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers, and investors alike—always making sure their needs, goals, and budget align with a smart, successful plan.
