About Me

Sally Sparks is both an accomplished and experienced Realtor®, having been licensed since 2003. She works with both buyers and sellers and has earned a multitude of certifications, designations, accolades, and awards throughout her extensive career. Sally serves a wide area across Knoxville and East Tennessee, covering a radius of more than an hour. Her service areas include—but are not limited to—communities such as Alcoa, Maryville, Lenoir City, Kingston, Oak Ridge, Andersonville, Norris, Clinton, Strawberry Plains, and Seymour.
Sally has served at the local, state, and national levels—most notably as a Past President of East Tennessee Realtors®, a member of the Executive Committee for Tennessee Realtors®, and multiple terms on the Board of Directors for her local association, the state association, and NAR. In 2023, she received the prestigious President’s Award from Tennessee Realtors®, and in 2024, she was honored as the Tennessee State Realtor® of the Year—a remarkable distinction among approximately 35,000 practicing Realtors®.
Sally was also recognized as her local association’s Realtor® of the Year and was named Member of the Year at both the local and state levels by the Women’s Council of Realtors®. One of her career highlights was being selected as the Certified Residential Specialist for the state of Tennessee.
As a second-generation Realtor®, Sally proudly follows in the footsteps of her father and husband, who operated real estate offices in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. She has continually expanded her knowledge and credentials, earning the following:

Her passion for the industry extends deeply into RPAC (Realtor® Political Action Committee), where she is a lifetime investor with contributions nearing $35,000. Sally was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2023 and was named Tennessee RPAC Champion of the Year in 2019.
She is equally committed to mentoring future leaders in the real estate industry and has served on numerous community boards that support causes close to her heart, including early childhood education, senior care, and homeless services. Her countless volunteer hours (we are the Volunteer state!) include service and chairmanships on local, state, and national committees—covering Governmental Affairs, RPAC, Technology, Global Alliances, State and Local Issues, Conventions, Finance, and Strategic Planning.
Sally’s first career spanned two decades in early childhood education, where she owned and operated large childcare centers. Today, her life is grounded in faith, family, friendships, unmatched service, and her beloved pets—hound dog Jolene and two cats. Sally is a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is proud to have held two meaningful titles in her life: "teacher" and "Realtor®." She continues to work full time, supported by a staff of two, and is always honored to receive referrals from past clients and Realtor® peers nationwide.
