About Me

Samantha Zell is a Ventura County native, REALTOR® with The Mashburn Zell Group | Real Broker, and the 2026 Events Director for Women’s Council of REALTORS® Ventura County.

She is a 2025 graduate of the VCCAR Leadership Academy and is honored to be serving her first year in several leadership roles, including 2026 VCCAR RAF Work Group Chair and committee service on the C.A.R. Local Government Committee, Business Technology Forum, and Local Policy Forum. Samantha is excited to learn, grow, and contribute—bringing a practical, boots-on-the-ground perspective rooted in everyday real estate to conversations around policy, advocacy, and innovation.

Within her team, Samantha focuses on building organized, repeatable systems that support consistent communication and strong client experiences. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), she values clarity, follow-through, and helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the transaction.

As Events Director, Samantha is passionate about creating Women’s Council experiences that feel welcoming, purposeful, and easy to engage in—where relationships grow naturally and members leave feeling connected, supported, and glad they showed up.
