Shaped by a military upbringing, Raleigh local Shannon Nelson discovered her passion for real estate early on by helping her family renovate investment properties. Since 2013, she has used her deep knowledge of the area's growth to guide clients through their major financial journeys and help them find home. Beyond client work, Shannon is a dedicated industry leader and advocate for workforce housing and property rights, having served multiple terms as local network President and Governor (now state liason) for the Women's Council of Realtors. When she isn't coaching award-winning agents or advising community members, she enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, her four children, and her black lab Finley.
