About Me

I’m Shawnna Rovegno, REALTOR® with Local Living Realty Group, with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. My background includes real estate administration, agent support, short sales, new construction, and helping clients navigate financial and housing barriers.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of assisting Section 8 clients and Veterans in finding homes, as well as working with banks during short sales to help homeowners facing difficult financial circumstances. These experiences have shaped the way I approach real estate today—with knowledge, patience, compassion, and a determination to find solutions.

I’m proud to be a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and look forward to continuing to grow, build relationships, and serve within our local real estate community.

Outside of real estate, I work hand and “paw” with local animal rescues. My husband and I have a special place in our hearts—and our home—for senior Chihuahuas. Today, our little rescue family includes seven Chihuahuas, including Bentley, my beloved “Realtor Pup.” 🐾
