About Me

Ruwe Homes is led by husband-and-wife team Dave and Stacey who bring a combined 30+ years of real estate expertise to every client. Together, they believe in balancing a compassionate, client-focused approach with a solid understanding of real estate rules, ethics, and best practices.


Dave has spent over two decades selling real estate and is known as the “rules guy” for his meticulous adherence to legal and ethical guidelines. A seasoned Managing Broker and trusted educator, he holds Divorce and Probate Certifications, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and a Broker’s license, among other credentials. David’s leadership in organizations many real estate related organizations and his role as a Managing Broker reflect his dedication to upholding professional standards while guiding clients through life’s biggest transactions.


Stacey, licensed for over 10 years, complements Dave’s expertise with a calm, empathetic demeanor—especially beneficial when helping Probate/Estate and Divorce clients navigate stressful situations. She holds multiple designations, including CRS, PMN, and PSA, and is a graduate from the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Institute. Stacey’s passion for knowledge and community service has led her to serve on numerous boards and committees, where she leverages her skills as an educator, leader, and advocate.


Beyond their professional achievements, Dave and Stacey are deeply involved in their local community. They have founded and lead various nonprofits, including Homeless Prevention Partners and Bras for a Cause Lakeshore, and frequently volunteer to help those in need. This dedication to service is woven into their real estate practice, where they strive to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
