About Me

Hi! I am Stephanie Morris. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2006 specializing in the sale of residential properties in the Greater
New Orleans (GNO) area. I became a real estate broker in 2016 and the broker owner of MS Realty, LLC in 2019.  I have closed hundreds of deals for both buyers and sellers in various neighborhoods across the city including Metairie, Lakeview, Gentilly Terrace, Uptown, Treme, the Garden District, the Irish Channel, Carrolton, Mid-City, the West Bank, New Orleans East, LaPlace, Slidell and Hammond. I work with first time homebuyers as well as experienced investors. My years of experience as a business banker, coupled with construction project management, property management, and real estate investment give me diverse experience and proficient knowledge of the home buying and selling process. I have a network of professionals to call upon to assist YOU in your real estate endeavors.

I am a native of Port Allen, Louisiana and a resident of the GNO area since coming to New Orleans to attend Xavier University in 1976. I completed my studies at Tulane University with a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Small Business Development. I am a member of Franklin Avenue Baptist Church, a member of the Greeters Ministry and Toastmasters International. I have one son, Edward Steward, II who is married to Jonie, a granddaughter, Jayla, and grand kitty, Simba. 

I enjoy the arts, movies, traveling and outdoor activities. Sunny breezy days in the park or hot sunny days on a beach suit me just fine!
