About Me

Susan grew up in the NC Piedmont and has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from High Point University. She has practiced real estate since she attended the Dan Mohr Real Estate School in 2006 as a sales broker, executive assistant, team trainer, property manager and Broker-In-Charge. Susan has been honored to serve various roles within the Winston Salem Association of REALTORS® (WSRAR) as Director with the Board of Directors, Past President of the Property Management Division (2022 & 2024), and NCR Director (2025 & 2026). She participated in two leadership programs in 2023 including the Carolina Leadership Academy and Davie Leadership. She is a 2025 Graduate of the prestigious NCREALTORS® William C Bass Leadership Academy. Past experiences have included being a firefighter, EMT, bus driver, motorcoach driver, cheer coach, Girl Scouts leadership, youth director, puppet ministry, etc. Her favorite past times are traveling and relaxing on/near a lake or the beach.

As owner of Eagle Realty of NC, Eagle Realty also has a background working sellers, buyers and other clients throughout the state of NC. Their portfolio has managed 300+ "doors" which include Home Owner Associations, multi-family units such as apartment and duplex complexes, mobile home parks and single family residential homes from investment to corporate rentals.
