About Me
My name is Sylvia Monares, and I’m proud to be a native Angeleno, having lived in some of L.A.'s most vibrant neighborhoods—including Culver City, Inglewood, and Westchester. My journey in real estate began in 1995 as an escrow secretary and notary public, eventually advancing to Escrow Officer in 2003.

With over 20 years of experience in the escrow field, I expanded into real estate sales in 2021 as a licensed Realtor and proud member of the South Bay Association of Realtors. I bring a well-rounded perspective and in-depth knowledge of the Southern California market to every client I serve.

In addition, I offer mobile notary services and am an active member of the Rotary Club of Lawndale, continuing my commitment to community and service.
