Terri Marie Gleaton is a real estate sensation—with a heart of gold. A proud U.S. Navy Veteran, Wealth Advocate, and Community Servant, she’s a dynamic REALTOR® who’s passionate about helping familes build wealth. Known for her warm energy, strategic mind, and generous spirit, Terri is a certified mentor, team leader and coach.

In 2021, through her free coaching and powerful leadership, she founded The Wealthy Group at eXp Realty—a national real estate community of close to 400 agents, built on (C.H.I.M.E.) community, harmony, inspiration, mentorship, and education, Together, The Wealthy Group has celebrated over $650 Million in real estate sales.

Terri has continued to advocate for fair and equitable housing, and was honored twice as Agent of the Year by the Empire Board of Realtist, and on the National level, NAREB honored The Wealthy Group as the #1 Organzation in the country. Terri is the President Elect of her local Women's Council of REALTORS®️. She’s deeply engaged with local government in Henry County as the Stockbridge Citywide Economic Development Authority Co-Chair. She also lends her time to several non-profits throughout Georgia.
