About Me

Tina is a proud Pacific Northwest native with over 30 years of experience spanning the mortgage, title, real estate, and gift planning industries. A dedicated professional and lifelong learner, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Fox University with a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership. Most recently, she was honored as the WCR 2024 Strategic Partner of the Year.
Tina has always been committed to giving back. Throughout her career, she has actively served on a variety of nonprofit and civic boards, a passion she continues to pursue today.
Motivated by her deep love for real estate and a strong belief in ethical business practices, Tina joined Equity Advantage over five years ago. As Director of Business Development and a trusted consultant, she helps clients confidently navigate complex transactions, always guided by integrity, experience, and care.
